What is Tai Chill?

Tai Chill is a form of fitness that uses philosophical concepts from tai chi (taiji) and chi kung (qi gong) to create a zen like workout that is not only relaxing but functional as well.

We have created an easy approach to help you get started learning a simplified form of tai chi from the comfort of your any computer or mobile device.
